该公司位于张店区杏园路办事处上湖村、占地120多亩。走进该公司的破碎生产线厂房，记者看到，分类后的建筑垃圾正通过输送带，运往地下的破碎系统。“在地下破碎系统中，建筑垃圾的处理，需要经过破碎、磁选除铁、筛分、风选除轻物质、水洗除泥等一系列工艺。”环亿公司生产车间经理孙学尧介绍，无论是砖瓦碎块，还是大型的钢筋混凝土板，进入地下破碎系统后，只需短短几分钟，就会变成不同粒径的再生骨料。随后，再生骨料将进入压制成型环节，通过国际领先的全自动砼砌块生产线，不间断地将再生骨料制成各种建材。再经过养护窑一天的养护蒸养后，成品建材就可被运送出车间。
