As is well known, construction waste has resource-recovery properties. Its basic forms of regeneration are recycled aggregates and powders, which can then serve as natural sand and gravel and soil resources to produce various building material products such as recycled bricks (blocks), inorganic mixtures and products for road use, recycled aggregate concrete, mortar, cement, and filling concrete. After resource-recovery processing, more than 95% of construction waste can become raw materials for engineering construction and be applied in construction projects.

 

　　It is reported that a fixed construction waste production line with an hourly capacity of 150 tons, invested in and built by an environmental protection company in Luohe, has been in operation for nearly 3 months. This project is currently the most advanced and standardized selection scheme for a fixed construction waste treatment production line. Do not underestimate such a production line: it will enable more than 30% of the construction waste in the entire urban area of Luohe City to be scientifically and effectively recycled and reused, significantly improve the urban environmental sanitation of Luohe City, and inject new vitality into accelerating Luohe City's transformational and leapfrog development.

 

　　This project mainly carries out the recycling and utilization of construction waste. All the construction waste treatment equipment used is manufactured by Zhengzhou Dingsheng Company, mainly including the ZSW200 vibrating screening feeder, DPF-125 construction waste crusher, 3YKF2160 circular vibrating screen, RCYD-10 iron removal system, GPF-3000 light material processor, etc. Among them, the configuration of the light material processor is currently the most advanced and offers extremely high environmental and economic benefits.

 

　　Compared with the heavy hammer crushers or impact crushers used by other manufacturers, the DPF dedicated construction waste crusher integrates the advantages of single-stage fine crushing and impact crushing. It produces fine discharge, with little over-crushing and good particle shaping, and the discharge can be directly used for brick making or other purposes without the need for secondary crushing.

 

　　Because the DPF construction waste crusher is designed with a semi-open discharge system, it is suitable for crushing construction waste containing a small amount of steel rebar. Grooves for removing rebar are designed on the lining plates in the leveling zone. After the rebar mixed in the material passes through these grooves, it is stripped out and separated.

 

　　Of course, in addition to this demonstration production line in Luohe, Zhengzhou Dingsheng Company has also successively undertaken the general contracting and construction of construction waste treatment production lines for multiple environmental protection companies in Jiaozuo, Hebi, and other places, including several DPF non-standard mobile crushing stations.
