据中国建设报2月25日消息，住建部城市建设司日前公布了2014年工作要点。
具体来看，2014年，该部门将编制《全国城市排水防涝设施建设规划》，做好呈报国务院《关于加强城市地下管线建设管理的指导意见》发文及落实工作；制订《燃气经营许可管理办法》；研究出台《关于加强城市轨道交通线网规划工作的指导意见》；同时，研究完善市政公用事业特许经营制度等。
