Guizhou's Wind Power Installed Capacity to Reach 6 Million Kilowatts by 2020

　　Guizhou Province, rich in wind energy resources, has comprehensively accelerated wind energy development in recent years. By 2020, the installed capacity of wind power in Guizhou will reach 6 million kilowatts.

　　Guizhou currently has several wind farms connected to the grid and in operation, including the Jiucaiping Wind Farm, Mabaidashan Wind Farm, Wujiangyuan Wind Farm, and Sige Wind Farm. The wind power project in Longli County, Guizhou, with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan, will be fully completed and begin generating electricity in the near future.

　　Guizhou will accelerate the pace of wind power construction, focusing on advancing the construction of wind farms such as Jiucaiping in Hezhang, Sige in Panxian, Baicaoping, Haizhu, Dafa, Zu'anshan, Mabaidashan, Xiliangshan in Weining, and Hongyang in Taijiang.
