On February 7, 2014, the eighth day of the first lunar month, at the start of the workday, Sunward Chairman He, accompanied by senior group leaders Deng Guoqi, Tang Biao, Xia Zhihong, Cai Guangyun, Zhang Yunlong, Advisor Yi, and others, held a New Year gathering with the leadership teams of various business units and representatives of functional departments in Meeting Room B206. Afterwards, they visited two major production sites, three major marketing platforms, and other key functional departments to extend New Year greetings, encouragement, and blessings to the employees.

 

    At 8:18 AM, amidst the lively sound of New Year salute firecrackers, a unique gathering began in Meeting Room B206. Nearly 50 mid-to-senior level representatives gathered together, raised their glasses, and discussed the new atmosphere of the New Year, jointly wishing Sunward a better year. Chairman He delivered an important speech, expressing the hope that the team would work together in the new year, following the guiding principle of "unify will, strengthen responsibility, enforce strict management, and enhance market assault capability," focusing on annual business objectives, and aiming to improve overall efficiency, with the spirit of the dragon and horse, to fight for new glory!

 

    Subsequently, Chairman He and his delegation visited the excavator production workshop, inquiring in detail about personnel attendance and the start of New Year operations, and shook hands cordially with production line employees. Chairman He pointed out to the accompanying excavator company leadership that the excavator business, as a strategic business segment of the group, is crucial for development in the next 2-3 years. They must make vigorous efforts to improve product quality and overall efficiency, expand scale, and achieve economies of scale.

 

    Upon arriving at Sunward Industrial City, accompanied by Cao Wenwu, General Manager of the Underground Engineering Equipment Company, and others, Chairman He warmly greeted the company's workshop, quality control, after-sales, and technical personnel. Chairman He encouraged everyone to improve production efficiency and product quality in the new year, strengthen technology and construction method research, enhance the leading effect of products, and create new profit points. In the production workshop of Weiwuo Company, employees lined up to welcome the leaders' New Year greetings. While fully affirming the achievements of 2013, Chairman He pointed out that 2014 must reach a new level and provide good supporting support for the main engine business. After leaving the industrial city factory, Chairman He and his delegation focused on inspecting the casing screw drilling rig delivered to a Korean customer.

 

    During this time, Deputy Secretary Gao Jie of the Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone Party Working Committee and his delegation happened to visit the enterprise for New Year greetings.     Returning from Sunward Industrial City to the headquarters at Sunward Intelligent First Industrial Park, the group's senior leaders continued to focus on greeting the three major marketing platforms—the Marketing General Company, the Excavator Dealer Channel Platform, the International Marketing Company, and related marketing after-sales teams. Chairman He particularly encouraged the marketing system, stating that enhancing market assault capability is the top priority this year. They must implement the "business awareness, responsibility awareness, risk awareness, and service awareness" in daily work and use "new mechanisms, new styles, and new images" to elevate the group's marketing capabilities to a new height.
