The Product Testing Institute is a product of the reform and development of the Earthmoving Machinery Company. In order to improve the testing system and safeguard innovative development, the Product Testing Institute has worked to build innovation carriers and platforms on the one hand, and on the other hand has fully leveraged the role of the branch company's public resources, strengthened resource sharing with the headquarters' Central Research Institute and Testing Center, and undertaken and completed multiple specialized testing projects in fields such as structure, hydraulics, and electrical systems, covering various aspects of products. Based on test data and with collaborative innovation at the core, the institute's technical personnel have actively given play to the institute's important role and blazed a distinctive path of "internal collaboration and external cooperation."

　　For a long time, the Product Testing Institute has not only attached importance to building the testing system, but has also made the integration of testing and product design a top priority. It has successively completed performance evaluation tests for new products such as the ZE60E, ZE75E, ZE85E, ZE230ELR, and ZE520E, as well as baseline positioning tests for the new generation of excavators. In the "Quality Rectification Storm Action" carried out by the branch company, the Product Testing Institute did not shrink from its responsibilities and independently undertook 16 improvement testing projects for large, medium, and small excavators and bulldozers, covering multiple fields such as complete machines, hydraulic systems, vibration, controllability, heat transfer, noise sources, and confirmation of noise characteristics; it also completed 5 component and material and welding process test projects in cooperation with the headquarters research institute, all with high quality and on schedule. The Product Testing Institute has made arduous efforts to improve the quality of earthmoving machinery products and has provided detailed and effective first-hand data for product performance confirmation and improvement.

　　Through its efforts, the Product Testing Institute now has testing equipment for complete excavator hydraulic systems, specialized thermal balance testing equipment, and various data acquisition and processing units for pressure, temperature, length, displacement, and angle. It has developed automatic calculation programs for data acquisition under various test conditions and can achieve automatic acquisition and processing of test data. It has also developed a number of special fixtures for testing and revised and improved various management processes related to testing. From new product testing to product improvement testing and special vibration and noise testing... the role of the Product Testing Institute continues to expand. This department, established just over a year ago, has achieved rapid transformation after being equipped with an "innovation engine" and has become a "vanguard" in the development and continuous improvement of Zoomlion's earthmoving machinery products.

At present, 10 patents have been submitted for review by the 11 employees of the Product Testing Institute, including 8 invention patents and 2 utility model patents. It has organized and completed the establishment of an excavator testing system covering 9 major categories and 78 items, sorted out the testing framework, and clarified testing items and other work. It can independently undertake all 78 testing tasks in the excavator testing outline, and various related tests for bulldozers have also begun. Under the guidance of leaders and experts, and with the mission of making product testing and evaluation technology better and more professional, they have exploratorily compiled an excavator testing outline, providing a strong guarantee for the evaluation of new models. In the development of the Earthmoving Machinery Company, the Product Testing Institute has become a testing ground for the application of new technologies and comprehensive performance improvement of earthmoving products, and a new force in the development of the branch company's product testing technology.
