　　The "Key Technology and Application of Super-large Tower Cranes" project was established in 2004, aiming to break through cutting-edge technologies in tower crane products. The project team devoted nearly a decade to research and successively made breakthroughs in three core technologies: design and control technology for ultra-long heavy-duty booms, design and control technology for heavy-duty winch systems with super-large rope capacity, and safe operation technology for super-large tower cranes.

　　The 13 super-large tower crane series products developed with these three key technologies as the core have successively created four world firsts, filling international gaps: the top-slewing tower crane with the world's largest load moment, the tower crane with the world's strongest comprehensive lifting capacity, the world's first lifting machinery capable of achieving "double two hundred," and the tower crane with the longest boom to receive a Guinness World Record.

　　Products based on this project have been successfully applied in landmark buildings, bridges, power plants, and other national key projects such as the Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub, Ma'anshan Yangtze River Highway Bridge, and Beijing Wangjing SOHO Center, and have achieved batch exports of super-large tower cranes, greatly enhancing the international competitiveness of China's tower crane equipment.

　　According to Yu Lekang, deputy general manager of Zoomlion Building Hoisting Machinery Company, the "Key Technology and Application of Super-large Tower Cranes" project has created direct economic benefits of 1.023 billion yuan in the past three years, received 16 invention patent authorizations and 37 utility model patents, directly influenced the revision of 4 national standards, and project researchers have published 7 papers. The series products have been repeatedly appraised by peer experts as reaching the international leading level.

　　The 101-meter concrete boom pump truck that set a Guinness World Record achieved its first commercial use in Wuhan. This product incorporates multiple invention patents: mature carbon fiber boom structure 7-section boom technology, the world's first application of carbon fiber technology cylinders in the construction machinery field, making important contributions to improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption in the building construction field.

　　Zoomlion's newly developed continuous grading concrete mixing plant project provides a solution to the production process problems in the concrete industry. This project can not only meet the growing market demand and make the concrete production process more environmentally friendly, but also has outstanding advantages in improving production quality and saving production costs. Its productivity is 30 cubic meters per hour higher than the theoretical value of traditional mixing stations, and for every cubic meter of concrete produced, it can save about 50-100 kilograms of cement.
