Zhang Dejin, chairman of Ancha Group, believes that currently many products in China and even globally have overcapacity. To improve the market competitiveness of products and occupy a certain share in domestic and international markets, it is necessary to persist in continuous innovation and implement the high-tech transformation of traditional industries and the industrialization of high-tech. The company's leadership unifies the thoughts of all employees with this understanding, forming a good atmosphere in the group where everyone talks about innovation and everyone engages in innovation. For example, in casting, the successfully developed and promoted static pressure casting technology and lost foam technology have played an important role in improving product quality and reducing production costs. In processing, large-tonnage forklifts and heavy equipment manufactured through joint design and group processing have good functions and are well received by users.

    Third, increase investment in technological transformation and research and development. After Ancha Company moved to the Forklift Industrial Park, it built spacious and bright factories, purchased high-precision CNC machine tools and machining centers, established advanced casting lines, processing lines, and assembly lines, and improved testing and experimental bases, thus laying a solid material foundation for technological innovation. The group company increased R&D investment, investing more than 5% of sales revenue each year in product research and development, technological innovation, and the construction of enterprise technology centers, enhancing independent research and development capabilities.

    Fourth, strengthen employee training and improve employee quality. Ancha Company attaches great importance to employee training.
