 Dandan: Reviewing the history of industry development and looking ahead to a new future for foundations, hello everyone, I'm Dandan from China Deep Foundation Engineering Network. During the Tang Dynasty, Li Shimin led two eastern expeditions and stationed troops at what is now Dacheng Mountain in the urban area; the mountain was granted the Tang surname, and Tangshan got its name from the mountain. Yutian County Xinrisheng Mold Material Co., Ltd. is located here. Xinrisheng specializes in producing hot-rolled end plates of various specifications for pipe piles (round pile end plates and square pile end plates), wheel spoke steel, flange plates, ordinary strip steel and high-quality strip steel, with an annual production capacity of 700,000 tons. Today we are fortunate to connect with Mr. Liu, a salesperson from the company. Hello, Mr. Liu.
Mr. Liu: Hello, everyone.
Dandan: Please give us a brief self-introduction.
Mr. Liu: I am a salesperson at Yutian County Xinrisheng Mold Material Co., Ltd., and my surname is Liu. I feel very honored to represent the company in this interview today.
Dandan: Mr. Liu, what are the main products your company produces?
Mr. Liu: Our company mainly produces hot-rolled end plates.
Dandan: What are their performance and features?
Mr. Liu: Hot-rolled end plates are metal components used at both ends of prestressed reinforced concrete pipe piles. Their material is Q235B or Q215B, and they are mainly suitable for pipe pile foundations of buildings in coastal soft soil areas. They are widely used in modern building foundations. There are currently two types of this product: one is the disc-shaped end plate for round pipe piles; the other is the square end plate for square pipe piles. The main specifications are as follows: Round pile end plate specifications (by outer diameter): ∮400, ∮500, ∮600 mm. Square pile end plate specifications: 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550 mm. End plate thickness: 14, 16, 18, 20 mm. Product standard implemented: JC/T947-2005
Dandan: What advantages does it have compared with similar products from other companies?
Mr. Liu: Good quality is the greatest advantage of our products.
Dandan: How are sales this year?
Mr. Liu: Sales are quite good.
Dandan: What new plans do you have for next year?
Mr. Liu: Specific new plans have not yet been formulated.
