The "China Zun" project, jointly constructed by China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited and its subsidiary China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, has completed engineering pile construction, achieving the "three records" of Beijing's deepest foundation pit, most complex technology, and greatest construction difficulty.

The project has a deep foundation pit, with foundations buried nearly 40m deep, making it currently the deepest pit in Beijing. The underground engineering phase of the project is highly technical, with large-diameter and long engineering piles and stringent quality control requirements. The project has nearly 900 engineering piles, densely arranged, with strict requirements for skip-driving and interval timing. The geological conditions are complex; the piles pass through two gravel layers and one medium sand layer, with the bearing layer being a gravel layer. Hole formation is difficult and prone to collapse, making construction extremely challenging.

The "China Zun" has 8 basement levels (including a partial mezzanine on the first basement level) and 108 above-ground levels, standing 528 meters tall. Located in the core area of Beijing's CBD, it will become Beijing's tallest building upon completion and is planned to serve as the headquarters of CITIC Group.
