此次活动要求相关部门根据各自工作实际，制订出完备的冬修冬保计划，按照设备维护保养、保修规程立即组织进行一次全面的设备自查：相关科室做好车辆冬季保养，更换防冻液、玻璃水，检查雾灯等冬季安全防范设施，及时关注天气变化；站属企业（养护公司、工程公司等）应按照站防滑除雪应急预案的要求，对承担防滑除雪任务的机械设备必须在12月30日前要做好保养、换油等准备调试工作，并上报设备操作人员名单及联系方式。
该站将于1月20日前进行机械设备大检查。
