Shantui Concrete Service Training Reaches Tibet

To enhance the service capabilities of regional agents in Tibet, relevant departments of Shantui Chutian Company dispatched key training personnel and recently began a 9-day training program for the service staff of two secondary agents and users in the Tibet region. Overcoming severe discomfort from altitude sickness, the trainers went deep into multiple mixing plants and the construction site of the engineering station in Maizhokunggar County. Adopting an approach of visiting users while conducting on-site training, they trained agent service personnel and users in various aspects including routine maintenance of concrete mixer trucks, diagnosis and repair of common faults, and emergency handling. At the same time, the trainers inspected the users' equipment usage and promptly handled on-site the problems found during inspection. Through this training, the recognition of Shantui concrete products in the Tibet region was enhanced, laying a solid foundation for further expanding sales and service in the future.
