CSR China South Locomotive Wins Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Report - Leader Enterprise Award

On December 3, 2013, the 6th International Seminar on Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting in China, themed “Responsible Communication Creates Value,” was held in Beijing. The seminar was co-hosted by WTO Economic Herald and the Sino-German Trade Sustainability and Corporate Conduct Project. The Golden Bee Research on Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting in China 2013 and the “Golden Bee 2013 Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Report List” were released at the same time. More than 200 people attended the meeting, including leaders from government departments such as the Ministry of Commerce, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, as well as well-known domestic and foreign experts in the field of corporate social responsibility and corporate representatives. The concurrently released “Golden Bee 2013 Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Report List” provides a comprehensive professional platform for outstanding corporate social responsibility reports and enterprises. Thirty-nine enterprises won seven categories of awards, including “Leader Enterprise,” “Growth Enterprise,” “Foreign-funded and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Enterprises,” and the “Evergreen Award,” based on their performance in corporate social responsibility practice and report preparation. Among them, it is particularly noteworthy that CSR China South Locomotive won the “Golden Bee 2013 Outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility Report•Leader Enterprise” award.
