Since 2013, out of trust in Sinotruk's products and services, this customer has placed three separate orders and purchased more than 150 vehicles cumulatively.

　　In early November, upon receiving the customer's purchase information, the Taiyuan Branch immediately organized dealers, service stations, and modification units within its jurisdiction to visit the customer and discuss related matters. The branch was responsible for formulating a complete marketing plan, designing vehicle configurations according to the customer's intended use, outlining service strategies for issues that may arise during vehicle operation, and providing reference opinions on the customer's operating model. During this period, leaders of the Jinan Commercial Vehicle Sales Department visited the customer to inspect the specific conditions of prior vehicle use and service, which helped secure the 30-vehicle order in less than five working days. With the full cooperation of all departments of Jinan Commercial Vehicle Company, all 30 vehicle chassis were put into storage within seven working days from the date the order was placed.
