日照市质安站要求建筑起重机械安装前,安装单位必须在办理安装告知登记备案手续同意后,方可进行安装。强化检验检测管理工作。建筑起重机械在使用前,必须经国家认可的检测单位检测合格后,方可投入使用。未经检测或检测不合格的,一律不准使用。
加强使用登记管理工作。使用单位在建筑起重机械安装验收合格之日起30日内办理使用登记,并加强起重机械的日常检查、维护管理工作。扎实做好拆卸管理工作。建筑起重机械拆卸前,拆卸单位必须在办理拆卸告知手续同意后,方可进行拆除。
