Product Overview
The HD series tubular diesel hammer pile driver consists of two parts: a multifunctional walking-type pile frame (or a pipe-traveling pile frame) and an HD series tubular diesel hammer. The pile frame adopts a hydraulic walking mechanism with a high degree of automation and can rotate 180 degrees in both directions. Four hydraulic outrigger cylinders and two travel cylinders are provided at the bottom to assist walking and rotation, while enhancing the overall stability of the machine during construction.

Product Features

High hammering force: more suitable for hard soil layers, with automatic adjustment to enhance penetration force, convenient to use and requiring no external power supply. Diverse pile frames: the pile frame can be equipped with a hydraulic walking mechanism, allowing self-operated walking, rotation and other functions. This effectively improves construction efficiency and reduces labor intensity. Alternatively, a semi-crawler pile frame or a pipe-traveling pile frame can be customized according to user requirements.
