Product Overview
The ZJL series crawler-type vibratory driven casing cast-in-place pile rig consists of two parts: an electric crawler-type multifunctional pile frame and a vibratory hammer. The pile frame adopts an electric crawler-type traveling mechanism, featuring a high degree of automation, the ability to rotate 180 degrees in both directions, rapid repositioning, and flexible site transfer. The exciting force generated by the vibratory hammer and the self-weight of the pile-sinking components are used to apply pressure to the pile casing for pile-sinking construction. Compared with conventional bored cast-in-place piles, the driven casing cast-in-place pile avoids the problems of pile body settlement and insufficient bearing capacity caused by floating soil at the pile tip in conventional bored cast-in-place piles, and also effectively improves the phenomenon of floating slurry on the pile surface.
Product Applications
Suitable for various foundation works such as driven casing cast-in-place piles, stone columns, and soft ground treatment, and widely used in the foundation construction of mid- and high-rise buildings and bridges in urban construction, energy, transportation, and other sectors.
