Product Overview

The ZJB series walking-type long spiral drilling machine consists of two parts: a hydraulic walking-type multifunctional pile frame and a drilling system. The pile frame adopts a hydraulic walking mechanism with a high degree of automation and can rotate 180 degrees forward and reverse. Four hydraulic outrigger cylinders and two walking cylinders are provided at the bottom to assist walking and rotation, while enhancing the overall stability during construction. The drilling system includes a power head and drilling tools. The output shaft of the power head and the spiral drilling tool are hollow. The pile driver uses long spiral drilling, and concrete or mud can be pumped through the central pipe of the drill rod for CFG pile construction, that is, drilling and pile formation can be completed in one pass by one machine. When using this machine for bored cast-in-place pile operations, the hole sinking efficiency is high and the pile quality is good. Its effect in penetrating gravel layers is far greater than that of the hammer driving method, and it also effectively avoids the adverse effects of foundation compression caused by hammering and vibratory pile driving, which may endanger nearby buildings.
