Product Overview

The ZJB series walking-type long auger drilling rig consists of two parts: a hydraulic walking multi-function pile frame and a drilling system. The pile frame adopts a hydraulic walking mechanism with a high degree of automation and can rotate 180 degrees in both directions. It is equipped with four hydraulic outrigger cylinders and two walking cylinders at the bottom to assist walking and rotation, while enhancing the overall stability during construction. The drilling system includes a power head and drilling tools. The output shaft of the power head and the spiral drilling tool are hollow. The pile driver uses long auger drilling and can pump concrete or slurry through the central pipe of the drill rod for CFG pile construction, enabling drilling and pile formation in one pass. When used for bored cast-in-place pile operations, this machine offers high hole sinking efficiency and good pile quality. Its effect in penetrating gravel layers is far greater than that of the hammer driving method, and it also effectively avoids the adverse effects of soil compaction caused by hammering and vibratory pile driving, which can endanger nearby buildings.
