Product Overview

The SHX dual-rotary rock drilling DTH rig is a new type of rock drilling and pile-forming equipment that can adapt to various complex geological layers. It successfully overcomes the current difficulty of large-diameter full-casing construction in complex strata in the field of pile foundation construction in China.

Product Features

High drilling efficiency: The DTH hammer uses high-pressure air to discharge cuttings, achieving thorough slag removal, a clean hole bottom, no secondary crushing, and improved rock drilling efficiency. 

Good hole quality: The upper and lower power heads adopt rotary drilling, reducing the influence of hole deviation, thereby improving drilling verticality and also reducing the risk of rock collapse in the hole wall.

Large output torque: The maximum output torque of the SHX dual-rotary DTH rig can reach 52 T·m, which can effectively solve the insufficient torque encountered by domestic CFG long spiral drilling rigs during construction in special geological conditions.

Green and environmentally friendly: Drilling adopts dry hole sinking operation, with low noise and no mud pollution.

Suitable for pile foundation construction in complex strata such as rock layers, frozen soil layers, sand and gravel layers rich in groundwater, boulder layers, and crushed stone layers.
