Performance Features

1. The equipment adopts a crawler chassis. The hydraulic system, composed of the engine and hydraulic pump installed at the rear of the upper structure, drives the motor reducer of the crawler chassis to achieve self-propelled function.

2. Four hydraulic outriggers are installed on both front and rear sides of the crawler chassis. The main machine can be supported and adjusted for leveling front-to-back and left-to-right without the need to level the construction site ground. The outriggers are individually controlled and can be freely extended and retracted. During construction operation, the hydraulic outriggers extend, and the maximum width between the support points of the left and right outriggers can reach 7 meters.

3. The power head adopts the power head of a rotary drilling rig, driven by four 160 variable motors, which increases the output torque.

4. The hydraulic pump station at the rear of the platform is equipped with two independent hydraulic systems:

I. A traveling hydraulic system composed of a 103KW four-cylinder diesel engine and a negative flow constant power variable pump, used for actuating components such as traveling motors, main machine outrigger cylinders, door frame outrigger cylinders, and lifting cylinders. It facilitates traveling on the construction site and alignment of the drilling rig with the pile hole.

II. A power head hydraulic system composed of four 90KW ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors and a negative flow constant power variable pump; used for the power head operation, lifting cylinders, and manipulator.
