ZKD85-3G Multi-Axis Drilling Rig

The ZKD85-3G high-speed intelligent SMW method drilling rig is construction equipment used for reinforcing soft soil foundations with the SMW method. It is suitable for retaining and seepage-proof continuous wall construction in urban high-rise buildings, subway stations and basements, as well as for seepage prevention and soft soil foundation reinforcement in river embankment and water conservancy projects.

■ The large screen displays drilling depth, lifting/drilling speed, weight, rotation speed, motor temperature, and slurry flow/pressure in real time, enabling intelligent slurry supply.

■ The rotary head speed is adjustable. During drilling, an appropriate speed can be selected according to the stratum and load; during lifting and mixing, the reduced load allows higher drill pipe speed, enabling high-speed mixing and rapid lifting, improving work efficiency by more than 50% compared with existing products.

■ The drilling tools are manufactured with special structures and processes, producing little vibration at high rotation speeds and ensuring safe operation of the equipment.

■ The large-diameter slurry passage meets the grouting volume requirements during high-speed mixing and rapid lifting.

■ Under the same geological conditions, it saves nearly 50% energy compared with existing equipment.

■ Removing the drill pipes on both sides allows single-axis large-diameter mixing construction, with a maximum drilling diameter of φ1600.
