Product Description

The YD series pile driver is a new type of piling machinery launched by our company in 2010. According to different hammer weight levels, there are models such as FDH5, FDH8, FDH10, FDH12, FDH16, FDH20, etc. The hydraulic pile hammer lifts the hammer head through a specially designed hydraulic circuit cylinder piston rod and rapidly drops it to strike the hammer cap and pile, driving the pile into the ground. It can construct steel pipe piles, square piles, and precast piles with diameters from φ350mm to 1200mm. The cylinder has a fast cylinder and the stroke is automatically adjustable, enabling light and heavy striking. When the hydraulic pile hammer is removed and replaced with a rotary drilling rig hydraulic power head, pressure cylinder, telescopic drill pipe, and drill bit, it becomes a fully hydraulic rotary drilling rig with a drilling depth of up to 65m. It adopts a folding mast structure, which is simple and convenient for transportation. The connection between the column and the connecting arm adopts a cross-shaft seat structure, so the column can not only be adjusted forward and backward but also adjusted left and right for amplitude, ensuring verticality even on uneven ground. The connecting arm and the luffing cylinder form a large triangular structure, increasing stability.
