XR800E Rotary Drilling Rig

1. The rotary drilling rig adopts a fixed pin-connected crawler chassis equipped with a large-diameter slewing bearing, ensuring superior stability and convenient transportation. The chassis is fitted with swinging outriggers to assist in disassembly;

2. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensing technology, making the hydraulic system more efficient and energy-saving; a three-in-one combined radiator system is used, featuring a compact structure and high heat dissipation efficiency;

3. An imported Cummins engine is adopted, providing strong power and sufficient power reserve to meet plateau construction requirements, with noise and emissions meeting Euro III standards;

4. A unique large triangular luffing mechanism and an oversized mast cross-section improve the stability of the equipment's working device and ensure the quality of hole formation during the construction of large-diameter and ultra-deep pile holes;

5. The XCMG D-series single-layer rope main winch structure allows the main winch wire rope to be wound in a single layer throughout the full drilling depth, effectively solving the problem of wire rope "rope biting" and greatly extending the service life of the wire rope;

6. The power head has a high-speed mode, normal mode, and rock-socketed mode, respectively achieving soil discharge, soil layer, and rock layer operations, improving construction efficiency. The power head has an automatic rotation function, and the rotation speed is continuously adjustable in normal mode and rock-socketed mode;

7. A centralized lubrication system is standard, making maintenance more convenient and improving work reliability.
