Internal structure:
A steel ball locking sliding bearing structure is adopted, with wear-resistant alloy surfacing welded on the bearing surface, providing high wear resistance and a long service life.
High-performance rubber sealing structures and metal sealing structures improve the overall lifespan and reliability of the sealing structure.
High-performance environmentally friendly grease and a bearing structure equipped with an oil storage and pressure compensation system extend the working life of the bearing.
High-strength, high-toughness carbide teeth improve the impact resistance of the teeth and reduce the tooth breakage rate.
The optimized design of tooth row count, tooth count, tooth exposure height, and unique alloy tooth profile strengthens the alloy tooth coverage on the outer side of the cone, fully leveraging the reaming advantages of the trenchless reamer. At the same time, the product incorporates the horizontal drilling conditions of trenchless drill bits and features a specially designed shirttail back stabilization structure.
