Rotary Drilling Roller Cone Bit

In response to the complex and ever-changing market conditions for rotary drilling roller cone bits, Xinrui has developed single-cone and two-cone series rotary drilling bits. This series of bits can be applied in various rock formations ranging from strongly weathered rock to slightly weathered rock, adapting to formation compressive strengths from 50 MPa to over 150 MPa. Our R&D personnel have optimized the steel ball locking sliding bearing in the bearing structure, and adopted high-saturation nitrile rubber O-rings and flat composite material sealing rings in the high-performance sealing process, ensuring the working stability of the lubrication system. These measures have effectively improved the bit life and reliability under high weight-on-bit or high rotational speed drilling conditions. At the same time, the optimally designed cutting structure fully leverages the high wear resistance of the rotary drilling bit, demonstrating excellent cutting capability in practical applications.
