This model of cone leg is specially designed for trenchless rock drilling tools. Different cone tooth profiles can be selected according to the customer's specific engineering conditions, and customization is available.
Bearing
This series of bits adopts a floating-bearing metal seal structure suitable for high rotational speeds, and also applies a new type of synthetic lubricating grease to improve the bearing's working environment. Under screw drilling conditions, it provides longer service life and higher reliability.
Design Features and Structure
1. The back of the leg is reinforced with alloy to prevent excessive wear of the leg back caused by the rock mass during horizontal drilling.
2. In view of the fact that the leg tip is prone to wear during horizontal or directional construction, high wear-resistant alloy material is surfacing-welded on the leg tip and the entire edge of the leg back, giving it better protection and wear resistance, reducing bearing exposure and damage caused by premature wear of the leg tip, and improving the service life of the drilling tool.
