Our company produces various types of roller cone reamers, suitable for all models of trenchless and crossing drilling rigs and applicable to a variety of rock formations. Sizes range from 260 to 1800 mm. Their advantages include:

● Full coverage of the shirttail with cold-set wear-resistant alloy to reduce wear.
● Equipped with roller cone anti-detachment technology to prevent the cone from falling into the hole after bearing damage and causing downhole accidents.
● Hydraulic rock breaking. Smooth cuttings discharge, reducing rock debris accumulation.
● Guaranteed welding process to prevent overheating during welding.
● The bit body features a guiding spiral band design for good guidance and cuttings guidance, reducing repeated re-crushing by the bit.
