Cutting Structure

Gauge Protection

The heel-row trimming inserts on the cone tip and the gauge protection inserts on the back of the cone more effectively protect the bit, making the borehole more regular and smooth and extending bit life.

Bearing

High-precision sliding bearing with two thrust faces, ball locking mechanism, bearing surface inlaid with wear-resistant alloy and silver-plated. It has strong wear resistance and is suitable for high-speed rotation during drilling.

Sealing and Lubrication System

High-quality HNBR rubber seal rings, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, which will increase the reliability and durability of the bearing seal during drilling. The compensated sealing system and high-quality grease can limit the pressure differential, greatly improving lubrication reliability and more effectively protecting the bearing mechanism.

Applicable Formations

Suitable for extremely soft formations with low compressive strength and high drillability, such as clay, mudstone, chalk, gypsum, salt rock, soft shale, soft limestone, etc.
