Coal mine water hazards have always been a major hidden danger to coal mine safety production. According to the 2018 new edition of the water prevention and control management regulations in the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations," mines shall establish a hydrogeological dynamic monitoring system. Regarding the treatment of goaf water, it is also explicitly proposed that coal mines shall establish an aboveground and underground hydrogeological dynamic monitoring system. Mines must further strengthen the implementation of the coal mine water hazard prevention and control responsibility system, strengthen the basic work of mine hydrogeology, establish a hydrogeological observation system, and strengthen hydrogeological dynamic observation and water hazard prediction and analysis work. In accordance with the requirements of intelligent mine construction, based on prior usage experience and practical foundations, combined with the mine's currently known hydrogeological conditions and water-filling factors, and targeting the on-site conditions for the evaluation of surface water, sandstone fissure water, confined water, collapse columns, and old kiln water hazards, a new mine hydrogeological dynamic monitoring system tailored to the mine's current automation, informatization, and intelligentization needs has been designed based on contemporary advanced Web development technologies.
