The TS-GD200A(B) all-terrain pipeline robot consists of a laptop computer, a cable reel, and an amphibious robot. By operating the laptop, the amphibious robot can be controlled to walk and float inside large pipes and culverts, and transmit captured internal images of the pipeline via cable to the laptop for real-time display and storage. If the operator finds defects in the pipe or culvert, they can input characters via the keyboard for marking, and the character information is superimposed on the video in real time. Shortcut keys can be used to access the amphibious robot's status, including inclination angle, air pressure, distance, date, time, and other relevant information.
This instrument can be connected to a sonar to be used as an amphibious integrated detection device, enabling above-water camera detection and underwater sonar detection. It has strong mud-passing capability and can travel on water when the water level is relatively high, making it a powerful supplement to CCTV inspection and sonar detection.
