YHZ90/360 Mine Intrinsically Safe Drill Rig Hole-Opening Orientation Instrument

The YHZ90/360 mine intrinsically safe drill rig hole-opening orientation instrument is a new type of portable intelligent instrument independently developed and produced by our company for measuring drill rig attitude. It is mainly used for orienting the hole-opening position of coal mine drill rigs. The instrument has a built-in high-precision gyroscope and acceleration sensor. After alignment on the calibration platform, it can accurately measure the drill rig attitude (azimuth and inclination angle). The measurement process is not affected by geomagnetic or ferromagnetic materials, overcoming the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by magnetic materials such as drill rigs, steel mesh, and anchor bolts in traditional geological compass measurement. It adopts an angle compensation algorithm, overcoming the defect of large azimuth error in similar equipment when the inclination angle is greater than 85°, achieving accurate measurement of azimuth and inclination angle across the full inclination range, with full measurement coverage. The enhanced orientation instrument adds laser ranging, automatic north-seeking, and wireless Bluetooth data exchange functions. With a single alignment, high-precision repeated measurements can be maintained.
