The YHZ90/360 (A) Mine Intrinsically Safe Drilling Rig Hole-Opening Orientation Instrument is a new type of portable intelligent instrument for measuring drilling rig attitude. The instrument has a built-in high-precision gyroscope and acceleration sensor, and features both automatic north-seeking and manual north-seeking switching functions. With a single alignment, it can maintain high-precision repeated measurements. The measurement process is not affected by geomagnetic or ferromagnetic materials, overcoming the problem of inaccurate measurements in traditional geological compass measurement caused by magnetic materials such as drilling rigs, steel mesh, and anchor bolts. It adopts an angle compensation algorithm, overcoming the defect of large azimuth error in similar equipment when the inclination angle is >85°, achieving accurate measurement of azimuth and inclination across the full inclination range, with full measurement coverage.
