The YHZ90/360 (G) mine intrinsically safe drilling rig hole-opening orientation instrument is a new type of portable intelligent instrument for measuring drilling rig attitude. The instrument incorporates a high-precision gyroscope and acceleration sensor, and uses a high-precision fiber-optic gyroscope to determine the azimuth and tilt angle of the drilling rig, thereby accurately positioning the selected hole-opening position for the rig. The measurement process is unaffected by geomagnetic and ferromagnetic materials, overcoming the problem of inaccurate measurement in traditional geological compass measurement caused by magnetic materials such as drilling rigs, steel mesh, and anchor bolts; it adopts an angle compensation algorithm, overcoming the defect of large azimuth error in similar equipment when the tilt angle is greater than 85°, achieving accurate measurement of azimuth and tilt angle across the full tilt range, with full measurement coverage.
