   Ringlock scaffolding installation steps:

   1. Adjustable base: After setting out according to the dimensions of the support frame configuration drawing, arrange the adjustable bases at the designated points.

  2. Standard base: Insert the sleeve part of the standard base upward onto the adjustable base, and the lower edge of the standard base must be fully inserted into the groove of the wrench force plane.

  3. First layer horizontal ledger: Insert the horizontal ledger head into the small hole of the disc so that the front end of the horizontal ledger head presses against the vertical standard pipe, then insert the pin through the small hole and hammer it tight.

  4. Vertical standard: Insert the long end of the vertical standard into the sleeve of the standard base. Check through the inspection hole whether the vertical standard is inserted to the bottom of the sleeve. Note that the vertical standard is only used for the first layer; from the second layer upward, vertical standards are used.

  5. First layer diagonal brace: Assemble all diagonal braces clockwise or all counterclockwise. Insert the diagonal brace into the large hole of the disc so that the front end of the diagonal brace head presses against the vertical standard pipe, then insert the pin through the large hole and hammer it tight. Note: Diagonal braces are directional; if the direction is reversed, they cannot be installed.
