Not knowing the regulations for transporting rotary drilling rigs on roads, rotary drilling rig images, may face the risk of fines
When we are on the road, we often see signs for motor vehicles with height, weight, and speed limits from time to time. But do you know, friends, that not only ordinary vehicles, but also trucks carrying rotary drilling rigs on the road are subject to certain regulations?

The "Regulations on the Administration of Over-limit Transport Vehicles Traveling on Highways," implemented since September 21, 2016, is a regulation to protect highway facilities and the safety of people's lives and property. Over-limit transport vehicles referred to in these regulations are cargo transport vehicles with any of the following circumstances:
(1) The total height of the vehicle and cargo from the ground exceeds 4 meters;
(2) The total width of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 2.55 meters;
(3) The total length of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 18.1 meters;
(4) For two-axle trucks, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 18,000 kilograms;
(5) For three-axle trucks, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 25,000 kilograms; for three-axle vehicle trains, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 27,000 kilograms;
(6) For four-axle trucks, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 31,000 kilograms; for four-axle vehicle trains, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 36,000 kilograms;
(7) For five-axle vehicle trains, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 43,000 kilograms;
(8) For six-axle and above vehicle trains, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 49,000 kilograms, and if the driving axle of the tractor is a single axle, the total mass of the vehicle and cargo exceeds 46,000 kilograms.

Let's take a look at the quality control of rotary drilling rigs
A rotary drilling rig is a construction machine suitable for hole-forming operations in building foundation engineering. It is mainly suitable for construction in soil layers such as sand, cohesive soil, and silty soil, and is widely used in various foundation constructions such as cast-in-place piles, continuous walls, and foundation reinforcement. The rated power of a rotary drilling rig is generally 125-450 kW, the power output torque is 120-400 kN·m, the maximum hole diameter can reach 1.5-4 m, and the maximum hole depth is 60-90 m, which can meet the requirements of various large-scale foundation constructions.
Pile position setting out
After leveling the site, rotary drilling rig construction, organize qualified surveying and setting-out personnel to set out all pile positions, drive cross protection piles, conduct measurement review, and record setting-out data for filing.
Installation of casing
Use the pulling line method to check the deviation of pile positions, which should meet the specification requirements.
Hole formation
Use a drill bit for drilling, and select different rotary table speeds and penetrations for control according to the soil structure of different layers. When drilling in sand layers and entering the strongly weathered layer, because the soil layer is too hard, it will cause the drill cone to jump and deviate, and increase the swing of the drill pipe. Therefore, a low gear and slow speed should be selected. The rotary table speed parameter value is 13-40 r/min, and the hole depth is controlled according to the design requirements.
Fabrication and installation of reinforcement cage
After the rotary drilling machine has excavated soil and cleaned slag to meet the design requirements, start lowering the reinforcement cage. The fabrication and installation must be strictly carried out according to the design drawings. The main reinforcement and stirrups should be welded evenly, and the lap length and weld seams should meet the specification requirements. During installation, protective blocks should be installed to ensure straightness and the thickness of the protective layer. The fabrication deviation of the reinforcement cage should meet the design and specification requirements.

Concrete pouring
After the tremie pipe connection is completed, hang the concrete water-stop plug near the mud surface. The distance from the bottom end of the tremie pipe to the bottom of the hole should be controlled at about 0.4 m so that the concrete water-stop plug can be discharged smoothly. Before starting pouring, the amount of concrete stored in the hopper should be no less than 1.0 m3, so that after the concrete water-stop plug is squeezed out of the tremie pipe, the bottom end of the tremie pipe can be embedded in the underwater concrete by more than 0.8 m at one time. Raise or dismantle the tremie pipe in a timely manner to ensure that the bottom end of the tremie pipe is embedded 1-4 m below the concrete surface. Pouring should be continuous. Once accidents such as equipment failure or power and water outages, or blockage or water ingress of the tremie pipe occur, effective measures should be taken to deal with them so as to resume concrete pouring as soon as possible, and records should be kept at the same time.
Preventive measures for in-hole accidents
① Select an experienced and responsible construction team to ensure the quality of operators; ② Strengthen the inspection of drilling tools, and it is strictly forbidden to use poorly processed drilling tools; ③ Frequently observe and test the height of the water head in the hole, Guangxi rotary drilling rig, and the relative density and viscosity of the mud, and solve problems in a timely manner. Especially during drilling slag discharge, lifting the cone to remove soil, or stopping drilling for some reason, the specified water level in the hole and the specified mud performance indicators should be maintained to prevent hole collapse; ④ Drilling operations should be carried out continuously in shifts. At places where the soil layer changes, take slag samples to identify the soil layer and check them against geological data. Take corresponding measures according to the soil layer conditions to ensure construction quality; ⑤ Lifting
