The project is located in Dongyuan County, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province. It is a frame-shear structure with manually excavated cast-in-place piles as the foundation. The pile diameter is 1400mm, and the bearing stratum at the pile tip is moderately weathered glutenite. The characteristic value of vertical compressive bearing capacity of a single pile is 12000kN, and the maximum surcharge load for static load test is 24000kN.
The project is located in Machikou Town, Changping District, Beijing, covering an area of about 0.7 km². The main work content is to survey and map the current landforms and features within the above scope at a scale of 1:2000. The actual total mapping area is about 0.8 km².
There are 6 preliminary test piles, with a diameter of 1m and lengths of 35.2m to 35.6m. The maximum test load is 30000kN. The anchor pile method is adopted, with 8 sets of 5000kN jacks loaded in parallel. Capacitive digital displacement sensors and piezoresistive pressure sensors are used for control, and the automatic acquisition system is the JCQ-503E wireless control system.
There are 2 test piles, with a diameter of 1.5m and lengths of 26.5m and 32.0m respectively. The maximum test loads are 16800kN and 18000kN. The anchor pile method is adopted, with 8 sets of 5000kN jacks loaded in parallel. Capacitive digital displacement sensors and piezoresistive pressure sensors are used for control, and the automatic acquisition system is the JCQ-503E wireless control system.
The total construction area of the project is 400,000 m². The settlement monitoring includes buildings 38#, 39#, and 46#. Through settlement monitoring, the deformation law of the foundation under different loads over time is understood, providing relevant scientific data for safe construction and safe operation of the buildings.
The excavation depth of the foundation pit is 16.90m. Three meters to the south of the pit are two completed subway tunnels, with the tunnel bottom about 0.65m to 2.3m lower than the pit base. The method of monitoring and adjusting during construction was adopted, which better ensured the safety of underground rail transit and foundation pit construction.
