The project is located in Gouzitou Village, Beiqijia Town, Changping District, Beijing. It comprises a total of 5 foundation pits for a kindergarten, primary school, post office, community medical facility, and elderly care institution. The support methods mainly adopt composite soil nail walls and pile-anchor systems, with a contract value of RMB 13.83 million.

 The project is located in Changping District, Beijing, and comprises high-rise residential buildings, affordable housing, commercial and office supporting service facilities, as well as a pure underground garage. The pile-anchor support scheme is adopted, and the groundwater treatment adopts a high-pressure jet grouting pile waterproof curtain scheme.

Yuxing·Kangcheng Earthwork, Foundation Pit Support and Pile Foundation Engineering

       The project is located in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, with a total construction area of approximately 160,420.68 m². The foundation pit perimeter is approximately 527 m, the pit depth is 15.2 m to 16.2 m, and the pit-in-pit depth is 3.5 m. The project adopts a foundation pit support scheme of integral top-down construction + secant piles + prestressed anchor cables, with a contract value of RMB 70 million.

The foundation pit depth is 6.80 m. The foundation pit support adopts SMW method piles, with high-pressure jet grouting anchor piles serving as the external tensioning structure.

 The engineering building consists of two main research buildings, a podium, and an underground garage, forming a large-chassis multi-tower connected structure, with a foundation embedment depth of 19.1 m. There are many structures around the foundation pit and they are close by, so there are no conditions for anchor bolt construction. The foundation pit support of this project adopts a pile-anchor support structure, and groundwater control adopts a mixing-jet grouting pile waterproof curtain + in-pit dewatering and drainage scheme.
