Zhejiang Ougan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

　　Founded in 2016, Zhejiang Ougan's business covers the R&D, manufacturing and service of self-balancing method testing equipment for engineering foundation piles, as well as the development, manufacturing and service of engineering automated monitoring software and hardware. Zhejiang Ougan is currently the only manufacturer in Zhejiang Province providing load cell production, manufacturing and technical services. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise and a provincial-level "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative" (SRDI) small and medium-sized enterprise.

　　At the same time, Zhejiang Ougan is a benchmark enterprise in China's load cell manufacturing industry, having owned dozens of patented technologies and possessing an annual production capacity of 10,000 sets of load cells. The company has independent intellectual property rights and has completed the supply of load cell equipment and technical services for 100,000 projects, including many large-scale engineering projects with global influence such as the Hangzhou Bay Bridge and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

　　As a driving force and co-drafting unit for industry regulations, it has successively formulated multiple industry standards and provincial-level technical regulations, including the foundation pile self-balancing testing regulations of Guizhou, Gansu, Guangxi, Tianjin, Yunnan and other regions. In 2020, it participated in the formulation of "Technical Specification for Foundation Pile Testing of Offshore Wind Power Engineering" T/CSRME 002-2019 and "Calibration Specification for Load Cells Used in Static Load Tests by the Self-Balancing Method for Foundation Piles" JJF (Zhejiang) 1159-2019.

　　In 2021, it served as the chief editor of the Zhejiang Manufacturing Group Standard — the "Pinzibiao" (Quality Symbol Mark) "Load Cells for Static Load Tests by the Self-Balancing Method for Engineering Piles" T/ZZB 2305-2021, and successfully obtained certification.

　　In terms of innovative achievements, to date Ougan has pioneered a number of industry-leading technologies, including "medium- and low-pressure loading design for load cells", "50% loading surface", "load cell flow-guiding structure", "split combined-type load cell", "fully hydraulic annular cross-section load cell", "recoverable displacement cable testing system", "rebar cage continuity technology", "grouting technology within the load cell cavity", "load cell preloading displacement identification technology", and "load cell limiting cavity technology".

　　As a pioneer in opening up overseas markets for China, it has provided specialized self-balancing load cell equipment and services for key projects in Macao, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Qatar, Southeast Asia and many other overseas regions and countries.
