1. Modular, weld-free frame structure

The Weierde P-C series jaw crusher adopts a unique modular, weld-free frame structure. Two hot-rolled steel side plates are securely bolted to a high-quality cast steel frame with precision-machined sturdy bolts, avoiding the shortened durability caused by concentrated points (such as weld seams) when the equipment is subjected to impact loads.

2. Durable moving jaw assembly

The moving jaw assembly is constructed from high-quality cast steel components and rotates through two large cast steel or cast iron flywheels. In addition, the forged eccentric shaft with a center of gravity and four large spherical roller bearings of the same specification give the P-C series jaw crusher exceptional reliability. Labyrinth seals protect the bearing lubricating grease from contamination.

3. Integral cast steel bearing housing

The integral cast steel bearing housing ensures a perfect fit with the crusher frame and also avoids unnecessary loads on the bearing housing, which are unavoidable in two-piece bearing housings.
