Dynamic Setting Adjustment

The crusher's drive power and crushing force settings can be continuously adjusted under load, thanks to the IC50 automation system (standard on P-GP200/S, P-GP300/S, P-GP550/500S; optional on other models). Through the automation system, the operating mode can be set to one of two automatic drive modes: set mode or load mode. Set mode maintains the set value unchanged. If load mode is selected, the IC50 automation system adjusts the setting and provides greater crushing force while maintaining constant pumping power.

The IC50 automation system maximizes production, ensures trouble-free operation, and simplifies initial installation. The IC50 controls all cone crusher-related functions: crusher settings, load, feed capacity, lubrication oil, lubrication oil heating and cooling, and correct start-up and shutdown sequences.
