Threaded steel bars for prestressed concrete (also known as finished-rolled threaded steel bars) are straight bars of large diameter, high strength and high dimensional accuracy, with no longitudinal ribs on the entire bar and with transverse ribs arranged in a continuous right-hand (or left-hand) helix. The bar can be connected at any cross-section by means of threaded couplers, or anchored by screwing on threaded nuts. The anchorage and axial couplers can be rotated smoothly.

The product features simple connection and anchoring, strong bond, safe and reliable tensioning and anchoring, convenient construction, steel savings, and reduced component area and weight.
Finished-rolled threaded steel bars are mainly available in:Φ15mm—Φ50mm specifications, with strength grades of HRB500, PSB785, PSB830 and PSB1080.
The PSB785——PSB1080 series are mainly used in the construction of high-speed railways, highways, tunnels, slope materials, anti-floating foundation pits and bridge foundation surfaces.
Anti-floating anchors refer to the general term for various pile types that resist upward displacement of buildings. Anti-floating anchors differ from ordinary foundation piles and have their own unique performance characteristics; anti-floating piles are uplift piles. Anti-floating anchors, also called anti-floating piles, are a type of anti-floating measure for underground structures in construction engineering.

Anti-floating anchors differ from ordinary foundation piles and have their own unique performance characteristics. The main difference from ordinary foundation piles is that foundation piles are usually compression piles, with the pile body bearing the pressure of building loads, and the force is transmitted from the pile top to the pile bottom, with the magnitude of the force on the pile body changing with the building load; whereas anti-floating piles are uplift piles whose pile body bears tensile force. For ordinary anti-floating piles, the force is also transmitted from the pile top to the pile bottom, and the magnitude of the force on the pile body changes with the groundwater level, but the two load-bearing mechanisms are exactly opposite.
