JRD300
The air-lift reverse circulation drilling rig is suitable for drilling operations in complex geological conditions such as large-diameter, ultra-deep piles, or rock-socketed piles. It is widely used in pile foundation drilling for onshore large-scale buildings, ports and wharves, embankment protection, bridges, offshore wind power, etc., and is an alternative to other piling equipment.
The so-called air-lift reverse circulation drilling refers to the process where compressed air is sent along the air supply pipe of a double-wall drilling tool into a certain depth in the well, injected through a mixer into the pipe, and mixed with the circulating liquid. Since the density of the mixed liquid is lower than that of the flushing fluid, a pressure difference is generated between the wellbore and the discharge pipe. Under the pressure of the liquid column in the wellbore, the mixed gas-liquid in the discharge pipe flows upward at a relatively high speed, thereby continuously discharging the core or cuttings from the bottom of the hole to the surface. The three-phase flow of gas, liquid, and solid brought up passes through a reverse circulation vibrating screen and is discharged into a settling tank. The settled mud then flows back into the hole to replenish the space for the circulating liquid, thus continuously cycling to form a continuous drilling process. This drilling method has advantages such as strong ability to discharge rock cuttings, less prone to clogging, low equipment wear, long drill bit life, high drilling efficiency, good hole quality, and low risk of hole wall collapse accidents when constructing in loose formations.
The air-lift reverse circulation drilling tools include: liquid-gas separation device, liquid-gas output hose, air-water swivel, double-wall drill pipe, air-water mixer, single-wall drill pipe, centralizer, and drill bit, etc.
