Full Rotary Drilling Rig JAR320H

JAR320H
The full rotary drilling rig is a new, efficient, and environmentally friendly pile construction machine that integrates full hydraulic power and transmission with electromechanical-hydraulic control. It offers extremely high vertical accuracy and can smoothly perform construction of cast-in-place piles, replacement piles, underground diaphragm walls, and remove underground obstacles such as old piles in various complex geological environments, possessing advantages unmatched by other drilling rigs. Currently, full rotary drilling rigs are widely used in urban subways, deep foundation pit retaining secant piles, removal of abandoned piles (underground obstacles), high-speed railways, road and bridge construction, large and high-rise building construction in cities, and reservoir and dam reinforcement, among other fields.
The full casing construction method, also known as the "Benoto" method (BUROTO), is a cast-in-place concrete construction method first adopted by France in the early 1950s. It gradually developed in Europe in the early 1960s, then in Japan, and is now used in many countries around the world.
In July 2003, a serious collapse occurred on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 4. A key part of the repair project was to cut and remove reinforced concrete and other objects of the already-built tunnel located 40 meters underground. For this purpose, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. introduced the full rotary method in August 2003 from the full rotary drilling rig manufacturer Nippon Sharyo of Japan. The first cross-section construction was completed in September, fully meeting the expected requirements. This was the first use of a full casing full rotary drilling rig in China. With the rapid development of China's economy, the full rotary method has now become a new, environmentally friendly, and efficient drilling technology, and has been widely applied in projects such as urban subways, deep foundation pit retaining secant piles, removal of abandoned piles (underground obstacles), construction of high-speed railway, road, bridge, and urban piles, and reinforcement of reservoirs and dams. In recent years, as urban buildings become larger and taller, there is a requirement to reliably construct foundations on deep bearing strata under all foundation conditions, while minimizing public nuisance and achieving high strength, high safety, and high precision. The full rotary construction method satisfies these requirements well, and therefore it is currently recognized by most countries in the world as a construction method that can "solve difficult problems."
No noise, no vibration, high safety performance;
No use of mud, clean working surface, avoiding the possibility of mud entering the concrete, high pile quality, conducive to improving the bond strength of concrete to reinforcement;
During drilling, the formation and rock characteristics can be judged very intuitively;
Fast drilling speed, for general soil layers, can reach about 14m/h;
Large drilling depth, depending on soil conditions, can reach a maximum of about 80m;
