　　At present, the construction machinery industry continues to boom, and overseas markets are the blue ocean for the competitive development of construction machinery enterprises. He Qinghua suggested encouraging and supporting private enterprises to innovate in foreign trade development and go global with high quality, and providing policy support for private enterprises in international development in terms of financing, after-market services, and improvement of international marketing and service systems, so as to help enterprises significantly improve their level of international development.
