On May 16, the pile foundation works for the first workshop of the New Bridge Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Phase II project, constructed by the company, were successfully completed, marking the project's formal completion of a key foundation milestone and laying a solid foundation for subsequent main structure construction.

The New Bridge Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Phase II project is located in the Hefei-Huainan Cooperation Zone of Anhui Province. The project is large in scale and diverse in content, with approximately 160,000 square meters of new floor area, covering individual buildings such as Workshop 3, Workshop 5, and Workshop 6; at the same time, local optimization and adjustments will be made to existing individual buildings including Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Workshop 4, Warehouse 1, Warehouse 2, and Station Building 1. The scope of works includes site clearing, earthwork balancing, three connections and one leveling of the construction site, as well as full-discipline works for each individual building such as civil engineering, installation, decoration, and fire protection, featuring high construction standards and a wide implementation scope.

Workshop 5, which was the first to complete pile foundation construction, is a core individual building of the park, with a total floor area of 56,685.38 square meters. A total of 1,130 pipe piles and 7,739 CFG piles were completed. During construction, the project department continuously optimized construction measures, refined work processes, scientifically allocated personnel and machinery, implemented 24-hour shift construction, and made every effort to seize the golden construction period. At the same time, it fully tightened quality and safety management throughout the entire process, strictly implemented management systems such as on-site supervision of key processes, the three-inspection system for construction, and acceptance inspection of incoming raw materials, ensuring that the quality of all pile foundation construction met design requirements and firmly safeguarding the project quality and safety defense line.

The New Bridge Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Phase II project is a key project in Anhui Province.
