After nearly two years of intensive work by the builders of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, the main structure of the viaducts along the entire Luliang City Xin'an Avenue project has been completed, and the eastern half of the road surface has reached 60% of the construction schedule. A total of 482 pile foundations have been completed in the bridge sections, 80 sets of pier columns have been completed, and 27 spans of box girder casting have been completed. Among the seven mainline bridges, the main structures of three bridges—Wei 30th Road, Wei 26th Road, and Wei 13th Road—have been successfully completed.

The Luliang City Xin'an Avenue project, upgraded and reconstructed from the former G209 Lin'an section, starts from the north of Wenfeng Road in Lishi District in the south and extends to Junwei 1st Road in Fangshan County in the north, with a total construction length of 18.4 kilometers. The construction scope includes roads, bridges and culverts, drainage, heating, lighting, and landscaping. Upon completion, the main road and east-west roads will form grade-separated interchanges, enabling rapid passage in just 15 minutes.
