At the construction site of the Nuoshui Avenue project, a scene of bustling activity greets the eye. Rotary drilling rigs roar as they work in the ravine areas, engineering vehicles shuttle back and forth, and the builders are forging ahead with full vigor, tackling difficulties and going all out to advance the project. Every corner pulses with the power of striving. As the reform to strengthen the county, expand its powers, and empower its development deepens, this 53.2-kilometer "northbound artery" is racing at "accelerated speed" with the determination to "split a thousand cliffs with united will and break through ten thousand passes with one heart."

Nuoshui Avenue starts from Tongjiang County seat, extends north along the Xiaotongjiang River valley, and ends where it connects Nuoshuihe Town with Micang Avenue. It is a key major transportation project for improving the county road network, linking scenic areas along the route, and driving the development of towns and townships. Since construction began in September 2020, the project has completed cumulative investment of more than 2.2 billion yuan; among this, the 15-kilometer section from the county seat to Fuyang has been smoothly opened to traffic, effectively improving travel conditions for people along the route and truly delivering the benefits of transportation to the public.

A total of 42 kilometers of the project has started construction, of which the section from Tongjiang County seat to Fuyang Town has been fully opened to traffic, while the remaining 27 kilometers under construction are being comprehensively advanced. All participating parties are working with full vigor, striving toward the goal of making the section from Fuyang Town to Xinchang Town initially traffic-ready within the year.

Opening up the transportation "main artery" requires not only speed in construction but also overcoming construction difficulties. Along the project route, mountains are high and valleys are deep, and the terrain is complex. The substructure construction of 10 bridges, including Fuyang Bridge and Yuejiashan Bridge, is being carried out simultaneously. Among them, some construction areas of Yuejiashan Bridge feature steep mountainsides and fractured rock layers and are close to the main road and residential areas. Construction conditions are complex and safety control is extremely difficult, making it a key controlling and difficult project along the entire line.

Yuejiashan Bridge is the only bridge in the Fuyang-to-Xinchang section of this project for which the construction access road has not yet been formed. The bridge has a total of 72 pile foundations and 52 pier columns. Among them, the pile foundations for Left Line No. 0 and No. 1 and Right Line No. 0 and No. 1 are all located on steep mountainsides, and some rock layers are relatively fractured. The area below is close to Provincial Highway 201 and also contains many houses. Therefore, construction of the access road and pile foundation drilling platforms is highly difficult.

Facing complex terrain and geological conditions and strict safety requirements, the project department conducted scientific assessment and adopted precise measures, organizing technical experts to provide on-site guidance, dynamically optimizing construction plans, efficiently solving construction difficulties, and making every effort to ensure the project proceeds smoothly and in an orderly manner.

At Beam Yard No. 2, also the core "rear base" for beam production along the entire Nuoshui Avenue, precast beam slabs weighing up to more than 100 tons each are continuously transported from here to the front line, supporting the bridges that span deep gullies and canyons.

At present, half-width beam slab erection has been completed from the left line of Hejiawan Bridge to Zhengjiashan No. 1 Bridge, and bridge erection work from Qinglongzui Bridge to Banpoli Bridge is being carried out in an orderly manner. Bridge construction along the entire line is advancing steadily.
