After 15 hours of intensive work, with machinery roaring continuously and equipment operating efficiently... recently, at the construction site of the 50,000-kilowatt wind power project (Phase I) of the Xiangyuan County "source-grid-load-storage" integrated project, the first wind turbine foundation concrete pouring operation was successfully carried out, marking a successful breakthrough at a key construction milestone and a full entry into the main construction攻坚 phase.

In recent years, Xiangyuan County has closely followed the main line of industrial transformation and upgrading, treating the "source-grid-load-storage" integrated project as a key lever for cultivating and expanding the new energy industry and optimizing the energy structure, taking precise measures and advancing at full speed, making every effort to promote the project's implementation and effectiveness, improving quality and accelerating progress, and striving to build a green, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system.

"Up to now, all wind turbine pile foundation construction has been completed. At the same time, work is being advanced in parallel on foundation excavation for 5 wind turbines, pile foundation testing for 2 wind turbines, anchor bolt installation for 2 wind turbines, and foundation rebar tying for 1 wind turbine. The progress of all works is advancing in an orderly manner according to plan," introduced Li Yuanhao, the person in charge of the project site.

It is understood that the project has a total investment of 188 million yuan, a construction scale of 50 megawatts, and a total of 8 wind turbine generator units with a single-unit capacity of 6.25 megawatts. The wind farm uses two 35kV collector lines to connect to the 110kV booster station of the 50,000-kilowatt photovoltaic project. The lines pass through four towns—Wangcun, Shanfu, Xiadian, and Xialiang—and are ultimately connected to the Taiping Jinye substation for grid connection.

After the project is completed and put into operation, the annual power generation is expected to reach 80 million kilowatt-hours, saving about 24,300 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 66,700 tons each year, strongly promoting the efficient transmission and local consumption of regional clean energy.

"We will keep a close eye on construction milestones and efficiently advance wind turbine foundation pouring, tower筒 hoisting, unit installation, and other work," said Han Liang, general manager of Zhongnan Electric Power Changzhi New Energy Co., Ltd. He stated that they will go all out to promote the project's early completion, early commissioning, and early results, injecting strong momentum into the green and low-carbon development of the "source-grid-load-storage" integrated project and helping Xiangyuan County achieve high-quality economic and social development.
