On December 19, 2025, the Third Technical Seminar on High-Quality Development of Building Industrialization was held at the Zhejiang Exhibition Hall. The event was hosted by the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University Co., Ltd. Concurrently held were the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Building Industrialization Branch of the Zhejiang Green Building and Building Industrialization Association and the 2025 Plenary Meeting of the Zhejiang Provincial Expert Committee on New Building Industrialization. Nearly 400 representatives from government, associations, universities, research institutes, and industry-chain enterprises attended to jointly explore pathways for industry transformation and high-quality development.

      During the conference, multiple experts and scholars delivered keynote reports on topics related to building industrialization. Jin Zhenfen, Deputy Director of the Ninth Architectural Design Institute of the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Zhejiang University Co., Ltd., presented on "AI+ Empowering Urban Health Examination and Intelligent Renewal," sharing the institute's research achievements in integrating artificial intelligence with urban renewal and proposing a solution to build an integrated "air-ground-human" intelligent management system.
